Belton Lake Fishing Report 6/6/2011

Belton Lake is four foot low, water temperature 79 and water clear to stained up river. Hybrid and White Bass are good, some top water action on Temple lake Park early and late, Hybrids are in 35 to 55 foot deep near the bottom and good on live shad or perch. Spoon fishing will also produce good numbers of whites and Hybrids. Black bass fishing if fair, up river fish can be caught on white/chart spinner baits, square bill cranks and flipping. Main lake early there are some good top water action and cloudy days. Later fish deep 15 to 35 foot deep with C-Rigs or shakey head trick worms.
